Community Activities & Civic Projects

Over the years the SMGC has striven to accomplish the goals within the club purpose through numerous community activities and civic beautification projects. The SMGC has also supported the Elizabethan Gardens, Martha Franck Fragrance Garden, Daniel Boone Native Gardens, JC Raulston Arboretum, NC Botanical Garden, National Arbor Day Foundation, Tree City, USA, Wake County Master Gardeners, North American Butterfly Association, Backyard Wildlife Habitat, and NC Wildflower of the Year.  Many of these various and continuing endeavors are listed below:
